LPG-5 Lab Spray Dryer Description

Particularly it is suitable for producing powder, granule or block solid product from solution, emulsion, suspending liquid and pumped paste liquid. Therefore when the distribution of granule size, final moisture, bulk density, granule shape of finished product must be conformed to accuracy standard, the spray drying is an ideal process.

LPG lab/pilot spray dryer is widely used in foodstuff, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, such as food flavour, egg powder, spirulina, milk, coconut, amino acid product, magnesium citrate, tea, herbal extract, beef powder, protein, maltodextrin, blood, starch, food ingredients, yeast, collagen, whey, Mg citrate, humic acid, ceramic powder, vitamin, urea resin, pectin, stevia, spirulina, microalgae, gum arabic, pigment, PAC, zinc sulfate, organic magnesium compounds, vegetable juice, coffee, creamer, coconut milk, gelatin etc.
Laboratory Spray Dryer Working Principle
The air is converted into hot air by the heater, enters the hot air distributor on the top of the drying chamber, and then uniformly enters the drying chamber, and rotates in a spiral shape, while sending the liquid to the centrifugal atomizer on the top of the drying chamber. The material liquid is atomized into very small atomized droplets, and the material liquid is in cocurrent contact with the hot air, and the water evaporates quickly, and it is dried into a finished product in a very short time. The finished product is discharged through the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is drawn out and emptied by the fan.
