Main features:

●Original centrifugal nozzle, high efficiency (two-fluid nozzle can be used, or it can be customized into a centrifugal and two-fluid combo)

●The feed volume can be adjusted by the feed peristaltic pump, and the small sample volume can reach 50ml.

●The finished dry powder after drying has a relatively uniform particle size, and more than 95% of the dry powder is in the same particle size range.

●The drying speed is fast, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant, and it takes more than ten seconds to complete the drying.

●Using parallel-flow spray drying, the temperature of the droplets is not high during the drying process, and the product quality is good.

●According to the physical properties of the material, it can be dried with hot air or cold air.

●Because the drying process is completed in an instant, the particles of the product can basically maintain the approximate spherical shape of the droplets, and the product has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility.

●Simplified production process and convenient operation and control. Spray drying is usually used for solvents with a moisture content of 40-60%. Even if the moisture content is as high as 90%, special materials can be dried into powder products at one time.

●In order to prevent the material from being polluted and prolong the life of the equipment, all parts in contact with the material are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.

●The whole body is made of mirror stainless steel to prevent wall deformation and corrosion.

●It is equipped with a sample observation window, which is safe and intuitive.
